Your  "Smart" Classroom Without a "SMARTBoard"

Chet-Yeng Loong, Ph.D., University of Hawai`i

Date: January 31, Sat., 1:00-3:30 pm

Location: Room 201, Music Department, UHM

A SMARTBoard can be an effective tool for teachers, especially in an inclusive classroom that includes special learners. Due to limited funding, many teachers do not have a SMARTBoard. Can teachers still use SMARTBoard technology in their classrooms? This session explores different ways to teach effectively (smartly) even without a board in the classroom. Please bring your lap top and a thumb drive. Register before January 26 to reserve a space. Materials will be sent via e-mail between January 28 and 30. The workshop is free! (Donations to HOSA are welcome.)
